What To Do If You Have A Dispute Or Complaint?

External Dispute Resolution Scheme
If we do not reach an agreement on your complaint, you may refer the complaint to an ASIC Approved External Dispute Resolution (EDR) Scheme. Our external dispute resolution provider is the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

External dispute resolution is a free service established to provide you with an independent mechanism to resolve specific complaints. You may refer the matter to AFCA at any time, but if our internal process is still in progress, they may request that our internal processes be completed before considering the matter further.

Resolution We will try to resolve your complaint immediately. However, if this is not possible, we will ensure we treat you fairly and will work to resolve your complaint as soon as possible. Wherever possible, we will aim to provide our formal response to you within two weeks of receiving your complaint. In the rare event that we are still investigating your complaint after 45 days, we will write to you to explain why and to let you know when we expect to have completed our investigation. Taking it further We hope that you will be satisfied with how we deal with your complaint. However, if your concerns remain unresolved, or you have not heard from us within 45 days, you can have your complaint heard by an independent party, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
