The Sea Engineering HSE Management System defines the principles by which we conduct our operations worldwide with regards to health, safety, and the environment. Management communicates the HSE philosophy to all employees, customers, contractors, and third parties associated with our business, and each in return must provide positive evidence of conformance to our systems. Sea Engineering conforms to all the latest standards requirements of our clients while striving to ensure the best possible practices both on and offshore. We uphold an HSEQ standard we are proud of as it has earned us the confidence of our customers, shareholders and society at large.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Sea Engineering employer and senior management are vitally interested in the health and safety of its workers. Protection of workers from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. Sea Engineering will make every effort to provide a safe, healthy work environment. All employers, supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objective of reducing risk of injury. Sea Engineering, as an employer, is ultimately responsible for worker heath and safety. As president general manager of Sea Engineering | give you my persona: commitment that | will comply with my duties under the Act, such as taking every responsible precaution for the protection of workers in the workplace. Supervisors will be held accountable for the health and safety of workers under their supervision. Supervisors are subject to various duties in the workplace including the duty to ensure that machinery and equipment are safe and that workers work with compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.

Safety Is A Top Priority At Sea Engineering

Our ultimate goal is zero incidents, and as we work toward that goal we strive for continuous improvements in key safety metrics. Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System has been developed and implemented to ensure the safety of individuals (personal safety) and entire installations (process safety) through compliance with our operating standards and the effective use of our safety tools. Our HSEQ Policy defines our commitment to our employees and other stakeholders. We believe that careful planning and precise execution are the key ingredients to a safe offshore and onshore working environment. Sea Engineering employees are expected to practice “Stop Work Obligation” whenever they have concerns that a task might be unsafe or inadequately controlled – this ensures that tasks are carried out safely, the first time. When it comes to safety and environmental incidents, we truly believe that “Zero is Achievable”!
